A request for a refund must be submitted to Debt-Simple Limited within 7 working days of making your initial payment. Each request must be accompanied by a detailed and grounded reason as to why you have applied for a refund.
Debt-Simple Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing the Refund Policy.
You will be notified of any revision or change to the policy. The change will be deemed binding and effective immediately after this notification. Any changes to the policy will be updated on the Debt-Simple Limited website (www.debtsimple.co.uk).
